What I kept seeing, over and over, was that most agencies approach websites from a sales perspective first. The pitch is polished, the proposal looks great, and then six to eight weeks later you get a site that looks fine but loads slowly, ranks nowhere, and costs a fortune to touch again. The technical side, the part that actually determines whether your site helps your business, gets figured out later, or not at all.
